Sun Tea
I'm attempting to make some sun tea today using a collapsible Nalgene 48 oz. bottle, the GSI H2Joe, and some loose leaf tea.If this works out it'd be a nice change of pace from the normal swamp water we drink in the woods. :)
I'm also playing around with solar purification of water today as it's warm and sunny.
I'll let you know how it all goes.

It's called "SODIS", PET bottles work best. This method is especially valuable in developing countries where fuel is lacking or too expensive
brother are you among the living?i hope u r well .i bought a nessie from a knifemaker named jeff white.the sheath was made by some one else but both r awsum ive done a small amount of research and the knife appears to b true to specs on the original except the original had a ash handle mine has tiger maple but it is beautiful.testing it every chance i get,if u want his addy lemme know,bbeetle7777777@yahoo.com cheers chris from al.

This project was a massive failure.
The "tea" was weak and was barely palatable.
We pulled the bag early because the kids wanted to try the brown water and it was so bad that I pitched the entire thing.
I suppose given more time it'd work just fine but the few hours we left it out there were not enough.
